Base Profiles

The most common profile is straight. We can also cut a bevel, round-over and cove. If you provide a drawing, we can cut any custom profile that you can imagine. The cove is one of our favorites, it has great depth and reflects the light beautifully.

Vase Cap Profiles

We can cut a round-over, bevel, cove, and ogee. If you provide a drawing, we can cut any custom profile that you can imagine.

Our Process

Our custom acrylic lamp bases and caps are carefully cut, then sanded from 80 grit up to 500 grit, then we meticulously polish them with a four step method to obtain a crystal clear finish. Choosing your preference of cord, color and socket fixture-whether polished brass, antique brass or polished nickel- Zadai's Studio builds custom lamps using our extensive inventory of one-of-a-kind lamp parts and accessories.
